With a dynamic rebranding to refresh the company’s image, tied in with an appearance at this year’s BIBA Conference 2024, (to showcase the company’s expertise and product range), UGIS are certainly travelling in the fast lane.

We’re also pleased to announce that UGIS will be moving to a brand new modern and technically advanced office at Brookway House, 2 Nichol Close, Southgate, London N14 6JU towards the middle of the year.

Vibrant – UGIS’ very own bespoke and highly effective online-cloud based portal, providing 24/7 access to brokers, will be showcased at the BIBA Conference 2024, for brokers to see the potential of what the platform can do for them and their clients.

Vibrant provides a seamless service enabling brokers to provide insurance protection from quotation right through to instruction, in quick simple steps, with all the required documentation and certificates produced instantly.

It provides a range of products for clients to choose from and with a suite of comprehensive management tools for the broker to keep them informed and updated instantaneously.

This year, we have chosen the UK’s largest insurance broking event – The BIBA Conference – to introduce our very own bespoke and highly effective underwriting platform ‘Vibrant’, built for the broker market.

We are also showcasing our team’s services and all the new products we are introducing over the coming months such as our bespoke SME package, Stand alone Liability and Cyber modules alongside our already established Residential & Commercial Property packages, as well as Legal and Terrorism modules.

We provide a complete service from quote to instruction and beyond. We also have our own in-house Claims management service to aid the brokers and their clients with any claims that may arise once a policy is in place.

Our Property Owners package is designed to insure buildings and businesses in the commercial, residential & leisure sectors.

With a writing capacity of up to £5m per individual location, we cover most small to medium size enterprises and property landlords.

For landlords with large property portfolios our Vibrant portal is capable of producing and delivering multiple certifications for their properties in one policy. Individual folios are produced for each location detailing their individual limits, premiums and values along with a portfolio total, thereby enhancing the landlord’s position and helping them manage their affairs in a more efficient manner.

Our team of underwriters are experienced in the world of property and can turn an enquiry into an invite in a matter of hours.
