Experience includes strong financial, underwriting, and commercial experience gained from exposure to leading a variety of businesses.

Over 40+ years’ experience working within the insurance industry across retail and wholesale broking. A proactive and forward-thinking individual always looking ahead and not afraid of making decisions that will benefit the company now and in the future. An open and technically minded person always willing to learn and to grow.
Duncan Waugh
A seasoned professional in the insurance industry, specialising in claims relationship management with expertise including risk assessment, investigative loss adjusting and forensic fire investigation. Over 25 years’ experience working in the insurance industry, which began in personal insurance lines. Exceptional organisational and listening skills support the smooth running of the office which includes managing daily operations, resolving administrative issues, providing monthly accounts for brokers, liaising with employees and management to communicate their needs and expectations.

Lloyd’s Coverholder status provides access to the Lloyd’s and London markets for specialty risk cover. We also access insurers on an open market basis, to access further product lines and risk capacity.
